Free institution evaluation pilot

Coordinate every society on campus.

Run a structured pilot with your student union. Visibility, governance and society autonomy — together.

How the pilot works

From first conversation to final evaluation report.

1

Scope the cohort

We agree which societies, management groups and institution staff take part.

2

Configure policy

Set approval workflows, recognition rules and data-retention preferences.

3

Run for 4–8 weeks

Societies use Sociora normally while the union sees aggregate signals and approvals.

4

Evaluate and export

Review metrics, feedback and a complete data export, then decide how to proceed.

What the layer covers

Governance and coordination without replacing society tools.

Multi-society oversight

A single view of your society portfolio, recognition status and operational health signals.

Governance without lock-in

Set policy packs, approval workflows and retention rules without replacing society autonomy.

Committee lifecycle

Track handovers, training completion and role transfers across societies and years.

Approval centre

Route event proposals, risk assessments, large events and external speakers to the right reviewers.

Communication hub

See message drafts, delivery approvals and integrations across connected societies.

Reversible pilot

Defined cohort, weekly feedback, success metrics and a complete data export at the end.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is the institution pilot for?

Student unions, activities staff, or any body that oversees multiple university societies and needs coordinated visibility.

Do societies lose control?

No. Societies keep their own events, members and communications. The institution layer provides policy, approvals and aggregate signals.

What systems can integrate?

Where an API exists we can sync; where it does not we provide CSV import/export, reconciliation reports and clear source-of-truth declarations.

How long is the pilot?

Typically four to eight weeks with a defined cohort of societies, weekly check-ins and an exportable evaluation report.

Is there a cost?

The evaluation pilot is free. We discuss continuation options with your team before any commitment.
