AI assists; people decide
Every AI-powered feature produces a structured proposal first. A committee member or officer must review and explicitly approve it before it creates or changes anything with external effect.
Transparent suggestions, human approval for high-impact actions, and no cross-tenant data use.
Our principles
Sociora's AI features are designed around accountability, transparency and control.
Every AI-powered feature produces a structured proposal first. A committee member or officer must review and explicitly approve it before it creates or changes anything with external effect.
AI cannot independently publish events, send messages, create calendar entries, change roles or delete data. These actions are labelled by impact level and routed through the same approval boundary used for human submissions.
Data from one institution or society is not used to improve models for another tenant. Conversations and prompts are scoped to the workspace that requested them and retained only according to the published retention policy.
When AI summarises policies, integrations or knowledge base articles, it cites the document version and source. Users can inspect the original material before acting on a suggestion.
Every AI-generated proposal, approval, rejection and execution is logged with the actor, timestamp and outcome. Audit logs are available to institution administrators and society owners.
If an AI feature is uncertain, degraded or rejected, the platform falls back to a clear manual workflow so work never gets blocked.
Capabilities & boundaries
Clear limits keep the assistant helpful and the committee in control.
Draft event descriptions, announcements, reminders, risk notes and policy summaries for human review.
Publish events, send messages, change roles, delete records, or make financial or official submissions without approval.
Suggestions are generated from your own workspace evidence and cited institutional documents — never from another society's data.
